Belstaff started producing leather jackets like this in the 1930's and 40's. The New Ariel has been designed and is made in limited numbers by Belstaff in Italy from 'Replica 40's' soft leather. Designed for bike use it can also be seen as just a fashion statement. They have not put in any armour which results in a well fitting garment of comparatively light weight. This belstaff long way down jacket features three outer pockets, one high pocket, and two lower ones.
